I've edited my original post.
Is it just me or would it make more sense to allow players to update their Live! friends list via the Xbox.com website rather than only via the XBox itself? For it being a failry swish looking site it is still very messy. Whoever was in charge of designing the actual layout should be shot- I've come up against numerous sections that ask you to "click here" to do something, only to be taken to a couple of new pages and then back to the first...
