I think we're all adults here, and the swear words we do use aren't exactly off the charts... Opinions?

I think the swear filter serves a useful purpose in not blocking people using restricted access providers or firewalls, etc., but... cock and dick both need to go, because they're non-sweary words too.

I would also support any motion to add more commonly misspelled words to the filter. My first choice would be "sequal", followed by "alot" and "infact". kthnxbye.

I personally like the swear filter.

It's the same with music, usually i prefer it when they 'silent' out the swear words.  Somehow, I think it makes it more noticably sweary.

d*ck is not a swear word, like d*ck Tracey (kids comic) - Fun With d*ck & Jane (movie) - this can easily be someone's name. Only idiots turn it into a swear word
