You get a download code for it with the collection, which you can only get if you have a US account on your PS3.

Thinking of ordering this as I have been very bored with constant fps games for a while now. Uncharted 2 only heightened that sentiment.

I tried the demo earlier today. It was disappointingly short, but it had the desired effect of making me want the game. I liked pulling off Helios' head, ha ha. The battering-ram move was whizzo fun, too.

I saw the GoW collection when I was in the States late last year. I was tempted to buy it but slightly concerned that it somehow wouldn't work on my PS3, despite it being region-free.

Good to know! I thought maybe trophies wouldn't work, or something.

PLayed the demo, thought it was pretty decent but it didn't make me want it until the end part where you are flying up through the shaft.

Still not sure if I will be getting this.  FF is out soon too.......

Demo's not bad. God of War business as usual, but you get to do some cool stuff. The grab move can now be followed up with a charge and barge attack, which is effective in crowds, and you get some kick-ass solid gloves to fight with (I've never liked the blades of chaos - far too feeble).
Still feels a bit cheap when you fall down a hole or fail to grab a harpy or something, though. Same as ever, really. Good spectacle, ridiculously violent.

Well, not while he is out slaying everything anyway.  But when he kicks back to read the Twilight saga he has to put on his jam jars to avoid getting a headache.

Play 1 and 2 first. 3 follows on from the end of 2.
