Are there any signature rules because after a quick look around i cannot see (or my internet is being annoying...like normal) anyone using a signature image like mine in size?

No-one is actually using big sized sig pics like yours on here. There are no rules as such, except that we have an verbal agreement over here that 'they must not be too big or flashy'.

I find yours acceptable. It's not too big, and it isn't animated, nor is it ugly. Pass, as far as I'm concerned. And can I hereby state that 400x100 pixels is the cap, forum?

Too big. If everyone had one like that, the forum would look a mess (thankfully we're quite a reserved bunch).
25px height limit would be better.

Boobs should be kept to a minimum - purely because people browse from work. And it's bad enough trying to hide that you're not doing work, nevermind that you're on the internet looking at boobs.
