Just started WET. I actually like it so far (end  of chapter 4), the set piece style game play works really well. I'd love some more point to point and arena style fighters like this. No rhyme or reason, just lots of fun. I doubt it'll carry on for the rest of the game, but so far so good.

Just started Pheonix Wright 1, and am working my way through them all in anticipation of Miles Edgeworth.

The demo of whcih I enjoyed by playing it here

http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/flash-embed-article

Takes a little while to load but it does seem good. I got stuck though, couldnt for the life of me work out the bit where youre looking at the bookcase and hes saying "theres something wrong with this picture" - I looked all around it..

Grand Theft Auto: The Lost and Damned (360).
Felt a bit clunky going back to GTA4 but I'll get used to it. Just have to be very slow and careful with the combat. Good to see they've put mid-level checkpoints into this one. Bikes handle well enough, and the shotgun is wicked. Just need to do some interesting missions now...

PixelJunk Shooter (PS3).
The fluid physics are amazing. Lava being damaging and water being revitalising is a surprisingly good mechanic for a game, and I forsee it getting quite puzzly as it progresses. I've already trapped myself in a couple of "oh shit" moments of panic.

DJ Hero (PS3).
I don't think this going to hold the long-term appeal of the 'musical instrument' games, but it's fun nevertheless. The difficulty is well pitched, the harder modes throwing more simultaneous instructions at you. I'm already on hard mode which ahs me doing crossfades, scratches and samples all at the same time. Some very good mixes in this, with some more forgettable stuff too.

I just bought myself Bioshock in the hope to complete it soonish.

That's one of the games I bought because of all the positive vibes and then haven't actually got round to playing yet.

I waste so much money doing this.  :whatever:

So far, I quite like it. Excellent graphics and the storyline is different

You should see he piles of money I waste playing games, some games I have are still sealed  :whatever:

I still haven't put Bioshock in my XBox 360.  Come to think of it, there's an embarrassing number of games that I still haven't played yet (e.g. Pikmin 2, Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, Colin Mcrae: DIRT, Fallout 3, Fable 2, Call of Duty 4, Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time).  Some of these have been in my collection for years.

I did, however, get started on Left 4 Dead 2.  I went straight for the 200 decapitions achievement.

Yes.  I decapitated 200+ zombies in yesterday's run through the shopping mall scenario.  I was also trying for the melee only achievement.  The problem is that I had no choice but to start shooting while I was incapacitated by a shitload of zombies.

Next order of business, the chainsaw achievement.

Katamari Forever

Hoping there's an option to play the original music because the remixes are pretty crap :( Other than that the game's still good but its too annoying trying to get constant speed boosts. Most of the time I'm twitching the sticks and I'll end up spinning but not going anywhere

Fable II (360). I thought I'd take advantage of the first free episode, then buy the game if I like it.

Allods online. Imagine. Free to play wow and you're pretty much there. Solid gameplay, good gfx and just enough innovation to keep things interesting.

Donkey Kong: Jungle Beat (Wii).
Quality. You can tell it's from the Mario Galaxy guys. It's even got giant bees with that fuzzy fur they do so well.

It is a bit. :(
Also, I'm hoping the robotic voices are due to some nefarious AI plan, rather than the result of someone running the dialogue through a Speak and Spell. It's too comical to accidental, suuuuurely...

Assassins creed, the first 'un.

I saw the sequal over the weekend and was impressed enough to buy the first one before
moving onto that one. Liking it so far, but would love to know how the main character got a yank accent.
